Tesco UK Headquarters protected by Kentec and Hochiki

The UK administrative headquarters are located between Cheshunt and Welwyn Garden City. At Tesco's Administrative Centre at the Cirrus Buildings, Welwyn Garden City, Kentec is the supplier of the fire detection control panels, specified together with Hochiki Europe's detection devices - the preferred technology within the Tesco Group.

The Kentec Syncro solution comprises a 6 loop panel in one cabinet with integral printer in the main building and a separate, networked, 4 loop panel in the second building, these panels monitor approximately 400 Hochiki devices, including sensors, beam detectors, zone monitors and callpoints.

Maintenance costs are a continuing and significant consideration in the organisation's system design evaluations.
