In the build up to what is probably going to be our most exciting and ambitious 12 months in the history of Kentec, we want to keep you and your colleagues up to date and informed on what we are going to be doing, paricularly from a new product point of view.

To help us keep in contact with you, we are reviewing our customer database. It is important for us that we have your details and those of all of your colleagues up to date. To help us to refresh our database and to ensure you are kept up to speed with everything new from Kentec over the next 12 months, please spend a few minutes filling in this form. Every contact on every entry will be entered into our prize draw to win an iPad just in time for Christmas.*

We're there for you again!

Just a quick reminder of how we're going to assist you over the Christmas period.

In order to support our customers we have once again decided to open over the Christmas period with reduced staff. We will be able to assist with technical support, process orders and we shall also be able to provide a limited amount of products during this period.

Our last full day before Christmas is on the 23rd December with all staff returning on the 4th January, however we shall be open with a skeleton staff on the following days:

Wednesday 29th December  -           Open from 9 am to 5 pm
Thursday 30th December      -           Open from 9 am to 5 pm
Friday 31st December           -           Open from 9 am to 3 pm
Tuesday 4th January             -           Back to normal opening hours

(we are closed for Bank Holidays on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th December and Monday 3rd January)

We will not be providing Saturday Morning technical support over the holiday period but this service will recommence on Saturday 8th January 2011.
