Meet the Internal Sales Team
The Customer Services team are available between 8.00AM – 5.00PM Monday – Friday to assist with all your queries.
Cheryl Lonergan, Karen Smith, Kirsty Hewitt
The primary role for Cheryl, Karen and Kirsty is to provide assistance to all customers worldwide in relation to the processing of orders, standard product pricing, delivery date enquiries and general sales admin.
Cheryl Lonergan joined Kentec in 2010 as an Operations Clerk. Before working at Kentec Cheryl already had 10 years’ experience in a sales office. In her spare time Cheryl enjoys spoiling her three dogs to her husband’s dismay.
Karen Smith joined Kentec in 2013 as an Export Sales Coordinator and her primary role is to assist the Export Sales Team. Karen is a keen Charlton Athletic Football Club Supporter and most weekends she follows her team up and down the country.
Kirsty Hewitt joined Kentec a few years ago as a Receptionist and has now joined the Customer Services Team covering Maternity leave for Emma Wallace. We wish Kirsty all the best in her new role. Kirsty is working towards buying her first house.
Cheryl McArdle joined Kentec in 1992 on a part time basis and is now the Customer Services Supervisor responsible for the Customer Services Department as well as the Despatch Department. Cheryl or Chez as she is known in the office, oversees the daily running of the Customer Services Department.
Allison Datson joined Kentec in 1988 when a newly created Kentec only had 6 employees. Allison worked in the Drawing Office doing mechanical design and artwork creation. Over the years she has moved across into Operations and is now the General Manager of Operations. As well as overseeing the Customer Services Department, she is also responsible for Materials/Purchasing and the Product Engineering Departments.
