'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house

Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;

The panels were stacked by despatch with care,

Knowing that Fedex soon would be there;

Syncro’s and Sigma’s, all snug in their crates,

With visions of installations at future dates;

For the third year in succession Kentec will be open for business during the Christmas and New year Holiday period. This year we aim to enhance our service and offer our customers more.

In line with most manufacturers we will be closing down over the Christmas holiday period. This year we will close on Thursday 22nd December and we will return on Tuesday 3rd January 2012. However we will have a reduced level of staff available to support our customers on the following days between 9am and 4pm,

Friday 23rd December
Wednesday 28th December
Thursday 29th December
Friday 30th December

We will have on hand staff in the following areas:

• Technical Support
• Sales
• Order processing & progressing
• Production
• Despatch

We will of course only be able to offer a limited service as we have let most of our staff take a well earned break over the holiday period but we will endeavour to offer a high level of service from our volunteer staff.

Another Milestone International Approval

Following the recent introduction of our new UL listed Sigma A-XT, we are delighted to announce that we have now achieved FM Approval for this product. The Sigma A-XT panel offers a cost effective solution both UL and FM Listed and FM Approved.

The Sigma A-XT panel is a 3 zone single area extinguishant control panel. The A-XT range also includes system status units and system abort button with all options available in either red or grey.

New Arrivals – "Mum's the word?"

As some of you will already know, Our Export Sales Assistant, Gemma Wallis has started her maternity leave and we wish Gemma all the best with her first baby.

Kentec would like to offer a warm welcome to Victoria Weatherall (seen here) who will be covering for Gemma Wallis over the next 6-9 months. Victoria will be dealing with any Export Sales enquiries in her absence, ably supported by Cheryl and the rest of the team.
