Enhancements to Technical Support
At Kentec we appreciate that many of our customers have to work on some sites “out of hours”, to reduce any potential disruption to the buildings occupants. Typically this results in engineers on site in the evenings and weekends, when limited support is available.
In order to address this, we have previously increased our daily Technical Support hours from 08:30 to 17:30 from early 2010.
Following dialogue with some of our customers we are delighted announce that we are to further extend our technical support to include Saturday Mornings. We will run a pilot scheme until the end of 2010 at which time we will review the scheme and based on customer use and general feedback we will consider making this a permanent service.
This new service will commence from September 11th 2010 when we will be further extending our Technical Support hours to include Saturday mornings, from 09:00 to 13:00.
Saturday technical support will be available on our normal office number (+44(0)1322 222121) or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
To further enhance our Technical Support resources during normal office hours, our Northern Region Technical Support Engineer, David Hainsworth may now be contacted on our normal office number. When not on site directly supporting customers in the Northern Region, David joins the Technical Support team by providing telephone technical support to all customers.
