New Enhanced Loop Explorer Available

As part of our regular improvement program for the Syncro control panel range, a new version of the Loop Explorer configuration application was released in January.

This new version provides support for the new features added in Version 6 firmware Syncro and Syncro AS control panels, which became available in February. The new version has a range of new features.

We are getting bigger in the US

As part of our plans to expand our US operations, Natalie O’Connell has joined VES in a Customer Services roll. Many of you will know Natalie from her time at Kentec in customer services. Natalie took nine months off to travel and ended up in Australia. However upon returning to the UK in June we shipped her out to the US on secondment for a few months.

Natalie will be assisting with general sale enquiries, customer support and staff training. Another one of Natalie’s main duties will be to recruit and train new members of this growing team over the next few months.
