Addition to Accounts
Kelly Young joined Kentec
2 months ago as a Credit Controller. Kelly has
3 years previous experience in accounts which
has enabled her to step into this new job easily.
Cleaner to Screener
Kelly McConkey started at
Kentec 9 months ago as a cleaner and a position
came up in the printing shop, she is now under
full time training to cover all aspects of silk
screen printing. She is already running the Kanban
section within our printing department. This is
in line with Kentec's policy of promoting from
within the company wherever possible.
Labourer to Operator
Antoni Salmon started at Kentec
10 months ago as a Labourer within the powder
coating shop, he then moved on to run the wire
crimp machine within Kentec and then onto become
an operator within the metal work shop. Now a
big vacancy has opened up for an Amada setter/
operator which Antoni has just taken. Antoni has
just returned back to Kentec after being on a
weeks training course at Amada UK head office
to learn all aspects of the EM250NT punch press.
Development Resources
Paul Levene (left) and Mark
Tucker (right) are further additions to our expanding
new product development team. They have good experience
and a wide ranging skill set which has enabled
them to quickly integrate into our team.

board here at Kentec and wish them much success
in their new positions.
