Once again we will be exhibiting at the IFSEC exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham later this month. We will be showing both Kentec and our VES range of UL and FM products and we will have a number of NEW products on show for the first time.

Testing times – moving and improving – the next step

As part of our planned and continuing improvements in our Manufacturing facilities, we have recently completed the relocation of our ATE Test and Inspection department into our new factory in Dartford. This latest phase of our expansion plan provided us the scope to expand and generally enhance our T & I department and brings it together the metalworking, painting and silk-screening and SMD operations under one roof.
This latest investment will further improving our manufacturing processes and efficiency leading to increased yield, improved quality and allowing us to offer a better service to our customers .

Weekday Technical Support hours extended – all part of the service!

In response to customer requests, and as part of our industry-leading service and support ethos, we have recently extended our Technical Support availability – we now offer a Monday-Friday, 8.30-5.30 GMT e-mail and telephone service.
