Syncro makes the mark!

Kentec Electronics Limited are pleased to announce that following rigorous testing and subsequent certification of compliance with EN54-2 (Fire detection and fire alarm systems – Control and indicating equipment) our BSI Kitemark licence has now been updated to include the entire Syncro range of analogue addressable fire alarm control equipment.

The licence permits Kentec to apply the prestigious Kitemark logo which has been synonymous with safety and quality for over a hundred years, to all models in the Syncro range.

The range of Syncro equipment certified as compliant with EN54-2 includes the following.

· 2 or 4 loops
· 0, 16, 48 or 96 zone indicators
· Hochiki ESP protocol
· Apollo XP95, Xplorer, Discovery protocols
· Flush or surface mounting
· With or without printer
· Optional 16 channel I/O boards
· Optional 8 way relay boards
· Optional 6 way sounder extender boards
· Optional 4 zone conventional detection modules
· Optional Network card

In short, the entire range of Syncro control equipment is now certified to EN54-2 allowing fully compliant, scalable systems from 2 to 256 loops to be installed.
